Campground reservation software
Reservations are for Camp Sites of varying sizes and Camp owned Rental Trailer/Cottage Sites. The package processes multiple Resorts. The Operator enters the Resort number that is to be processed. The Operator enters the information asked by the menu option to aid the system in selecting the correct records in the data file to be processed; such as date ranges for reports.
Reservations are made for a date range; but the package internally keeps a record of daily reserved sites. Reservations are Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Annual. Each Site is given a type code and the operator tells the system how many sites there are in each type. For any given day, the system displays how many of the various site types are available. When the operator is ready to pick a site; the system gives the site numbers available for the requested reservation dates.
