This Duplo Collator with Stapler Folder and Trimmer is productive, cost effective, reliable and easy to use. Simply load your paper stock into the 10 bin DC-10 Collator, select a few basic options from the control panels and the machine will automatically adjust for the size and thickness of the booklet you are running. We purchased this Duplo Booklet Maker System from a church print shop in Wichita, Kansas.
This Duplo System is in excellent condition. Comes with Instruction Manuals, Parts and Maintenance Manuals.
Duplo DC-10 Mini Collator Specifications:
* Electrical: 120V, 60Hz, 2.0 Amps
* Paper feeding method: 3-rings friction feed
* Paper carrying method: Roller belt
* Smallest: A5 (148 x 210 mm [5.83 x 8.27 in.])
* Largest: A3SR (320 x 450 mm [12.60 x 17.72 in.]).
But the smallest paper (A5) can only be fed horizontally and the largest paper (A3SR) be collated in the STRAIGHT mode. The OFFSET mode can be carried out only for size A3 (297 x 420 mm [11.692 x 16.535 in.) and smaller.
* Paper quality: Medium quality paper, fine stencil paper, fine quality paper (52.3 to 128 g/m2)
* Collating speed: 35 sets/min. or 55 sets/min.
But it depends on the specifications of the peripherals if it is used.
* Paper receiving table capacity: 55 mm (Fine quality paper: 64 g/m2, equivalent to 550 sheets)
* Paper feed table detection: The PRESET key is used to distinguish the paper feed tables used
* Paper feed error detection: No-feeding, multi-feeding, paper jamming
