JAF Motion Solar4x Motion Controller
* USB Interface, Drivers available for Windows, Mac and Linux. Emulates a serial port for easy programming.
* Plug in upto 4 JAF MicroStep Modules (3 MODULES INCLUDED. See below for details)
The controller has an USB interface, this allows the controller to be operated by an PC with a USB port.
The controller command language is in a plain ASCII format so can be simply controlled from many operating systems.
All the complex stepper motor drive functions are built into the controller, the allows even the very slowest of PC's to operate the controller.

Installation of JAF Solar4X Controller
* Stepper motors, Type 17 of Type 23 recommended
* Power Supply, laptop power supplies are ideal.
* A PC for the JAF Server software.
* A USB lead with a Mini-B connection, the sort you get this digital cameras.
Our stepper motor drives and motion controllers are all designed and manufactured by ourselves, his gives us the ability to produce custom designs to suit your requirments.

*2A drive current requires external resistor and improved heatsink/heat removal system for prolonged use. Without external resistor maximum current is 1.4A
