For adhesion of vinyl polysiloxane impression materials to impression trays
Available in Amber or Blue color
Separation of set impression material from the impression tray upon removal from the mouth may introduce distortion errors.
Use of the adhesive helps assure that the completed impression remains firmly attached to the tray upon removal from the mouth.

Opt4 Tray Adhesive is indicated for application to impression trays to enhance the adhesion of all types of vinyl polysiloxane impression materials to intraoral impression trays including perforated and non-perforated stock metal and plastic, custom acrylic and mesh-type double arch trays. Usage Instructions:
* Select and/or prepare a suitable tray. Prior to application of Opt4 Tray Adhesive, trial fit tray for proper fit and extension.
* After proper fit is assured, rinse and thoroughly dry tray.
* Brush a thin layer of Opt4 Tray Adhesive onto the tray surfaces that will be covered with impression material and allow to air dry for at least five minutes, but no more than 30 minutes. Repeat application if greater than 30 minutes have elapsed. Technique Tip: Avoid placement of excess adhesive onto tray surfaces. Retention will NOT be enhanced and may be compromised by placement of a thicker layer of tray adhesive onto tray surfaces.
* Mix and place desired tray viscosity impression material directly into coated impression tray as per selected impression material directions.
* Store and use Opt4 Tray Adhesive between 65 -80 F (18 -25 C) and in relative humidity of 50% 20%.
* The Tray Adhesive bottle should be tightly closed immediately after use.
* Keep out of direct sunlight.
* Keep Tray Adhesive in a well ventilated place.
