Used, but works perfectly! Item is being sold as pictured: includes standard Fluke leads and rubber "shell." I bought this several years ago when I was doing low voltage installs. I used it infrequently, but it was extremely helpful when I needed it. These meters are versatile, rugged, and accurate.
