MODU-LAB was designed from ground up to be safe and economical to own, operate and maintain. This 120 VAC, 15A system is turbo pumped with full scale pressure measurement and a multi purpose chamber. The low voltage flash filament will deposit .5 of almost any metal in a few seconds on 4 substrates simultaneously. The system features full scale pressure measurement and stainless steel vacuum hardware. The large transparent door allows a clear view of the interior of the chamber as well as the ionization guage elements.
