* This walk-in comes with a 2 HP remote indoor refrigeration system. System comes with a condensing unit, evaporator unit and miscellaneous parts, all will need to be installed in the field. This refrigeration system must be installed by a licensed refrigeration technician. Our company can assist you with this requirement.
* This indoor walk-in requires a minimmum of 4,522 BTUs
Refrigeration system is designed to hold product at -10 degrees Fahrenheit with product entering at 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
REFRIGERATION - Remote Inside Refrigeration System, low temp, 1 Phase, 2 HP, Hermetic, 208/230 Volt. Includes: Copeland Condensing Unit, Evaportor, thermostatic expansion Valve, Sight Glass, Dryer, Solenoid Valve, Thermostat. Does Not Include Refrigerant - R404A.(Refrigeration is based on an altitude of 5000 feet or less)
PANELS - Wall and ceiling panels are constructed with tongue and groove 2 1/2 lb extruded polystyrene insulation sandwiched between two sheets of 26-gauge stucco embossed galvalume steel. Each panel comes equipped with cam action locking devices and double barrel vinyl gasket to allow easy assembly of walk-in in the field.
* DOOR - 34 x 76 flush-mount freezer door is manufactured with foamed in place polyurethane insulation encapsulated between sheets of embossed 26 gauge G90 stucco embossed galvanized steel. Door is right hand hinged and includes lever action handle, light, hinges, cam-locks, door closure, door heater wire, lighted switch, and vapor-proof light fixture.
Refrigeration unit includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Walk-in panels include a 10-year repair or replace parts only warranty. All other parts carry a standard 1-year parts warranty.
