Avel 28VCT/38V Low Profile Torroid Power Transformer
This is a dual primary 115VAC 60Hz low profile torrioidal power transformer. There are two secondaries, one is 28VAC center tapped and the other is 38VAC. I do not remember what the power ratting of this transformer is but specified for use in a 16 channel audio microphone mixer. The 38 volt secondary was designed for supplying 16 microphones with phantom power and the center tapped 28 volts was for supplying the correct ac voltage to power the +18 volt and -18 volt rails.
