2. Very Good - may have minor imperfections that require very minimal touch-up to be good as new.
3. Good - generally good condition, but may have imperfections such as light superficial rust or a nicks that should be touched up before use. Highly functional, but not good as new.
4. Fair - may require more substantial clean-up to be useful - not likely to be brought up to "good as new", but useable.
5. Poor - Salvageable, but you'll have to work at it.
