Cardiac science telemetry rehab management system
I am a physical therapist whom opened his own outpatient practice in cherry NJ called Total Rehab & Fitness. Because of my background it was thought that the majority of my patient population was going to be cardiopulmonary. So I went out and bought the top of the line, latest version telemetry system for my future cardiac patients. I have included a quotation from cardiac science dated August 2008 in which I purchased the unit for $34,123. The unit was then assembled and I received it brand new in November of 2008. This is the 3.1A version which is the latest version of the Q-Tel RMS. The unit works exceptionally well but I discovered soon after opening my doors the majority of my patients were orthopedic and neurological. Subsequently the unit has only been used 5-10 times. It is practically brand new. I am asking $20,000 for the unit because of how new it is and its capabilities. Below is an item description:
The Q-Tel system can link easily to your PACS/HIS/EMR system using industry standard HL7, DICOM, XML, or PDF protocols so you can download patient demographic information and upload session data.
The Q-Tel RMS also offers seamless integration with the Orion Outcomes Data Management System. And you can add the Quinton Q-Exchange option for bi-directional communication with your medical informatics system.
* Diagnostic-quality electrocardiogram (ECG / EKG) displays
* Wireless Q-Tel Pocket Assistant for controlling cardiac rehabilitation sessions from the floor
* Forms and reports generated in Microsoft Excel format
* Comes with 4 telemtry units as shown in picture but can handle up to 12 (up to 36 when networked). Since this is the latest version of the RMS additional units are available at cardiacscience.com.
* Option to network with HIS and EMR clinical systems
* Built-in life-threatening alarms (for asystole, ventricular fibrillation ( v-fib) and ventricular tachycardia (v-tach))
* 22 built-in administrative and clinical reports
* Tools to support your American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Resuscitation (AACVPR) certifications
* Ease of Use. The Windows-based interface uses familiar drag-and-drop functions, consistent pull-down menus, auto-populating and auto-indexing data fields.
* Connectivity. The system links easily to hospital information systems so you can download patient demographic information and upload session data.
* Accuracy. The Quinton Q-TEL RMS captures and displays ECG signals with diagnostic accuracy.
* Clarity. Simple left-to-right icons match the typical workflow for most cardiac rehab programs, and each program module is accessible with just one click.
* Reporting. The Q-Tel RMS 3.1 provides all the reports you need, including Patient Intake Assessment, Patient Care Plan, a Customizable Patient Query Report, and Customized Patient Outcomes Graphs.
* Integration. The system integrates seamlessly with the Orion Outcomes Data Management system, the standard for outcome reporting for cardiac rehabilitation.
* Reliability. The Q-Tel RMS 3.1 is tested to the highest standards; many of our older systems still going strong after more than 10 years of reliable service.
