* PLC - Maintenance Parameter for keeping track of maintenance schedule changing oil and filters and has built in alarm if maintenance is not performed. Over pressure sensor This is a built in safety for any over pressuring of unit. Wrong rotation safety sensor does not allow unit to run wrong rotation. Volt meter allows you to view your incoming voltage. AMP monitor This allows you to view your amps for each phase coming into the motor. Lack of Phase monitor- This keeps your unit from failing because if you loose a phase it will quickly shut down the machine. This PLC has a built in hour meter and also keeps track of the duty cycle load and unload. Low volt shut down and high volt shut down, plus or minus 10%. Low oil protection which will protect the Rotary screw compressor from failure if unit runs out of oil. Also has a dirty filter monitor which will not allow the unit to run with dirty filters. This unit also has a fault history; this keeps track of any shut down safeties on the unit and is easily recorded in the computer for any shut down faults in the unit.
* Rotary Screw Pump carries a five year parts warranty Eaton filters and oil must be used to get this warranty. The rest of the unit carries a two year parts warranty
