CLEAN Combined Model 65/60 BIT Error Rate Tester (BIRT) and Breakout Panel. EIA-CCITT Interface. Uses the Standard 25 Pin D-Shell Conector. Will accommodate both the DTE and DCE connections. Comes with the standard 6 wire jumper set. The unit had no Battery installed but LED test functioned correctly when one was installed. A rechargeable battery can be used but unit is missing the charging cable and directions. Device is VERY clean without any signs of ware.
