* Warranty extends to the computer hardware only. Any software accompanying the computer is not warranted.
* Any defects must be brought to our attention within the warranty period and the defective part or machine must be returned to us for inspection and/or repair or replacement
* We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective part or machine with a similar or better (but not necessarily identical) part or machine within a reasonable period of time, at our sole discretion. By similar we mean functionally similar - e.g., same or higher microprocessor speed, same or a larger hard drive, etc., but not necessarily the identical brand and/or model. We would obviously attempt to make the replacement as similar as possible, but with used/refurbished equipment that's not always possible.
* Cosmetic condition and descriptions are subject to our determination and are NOT a warranty issue. We try to describe the equipment as accurately as possible and point out any major flaws. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scuffs, scratches, scrapes, marks, etc., which don't affect the functionality of the item are normal in any previously owned item and are to be expected.
* We do not offer refunds of any kind unless we are unable to repair or replace the item within a reasonable period of time. This option is solely at our discretion.
