This listing is for ONE NOS tape recorder motor,
precision-manufactured by Papst-Motoren KG,
type KLZ14.50-4-345D. 110V, 50 Hz, 8uF (capacitor not included).
Our NOS Papst motors are asynchronous and are known for their high speed accuracy.
They were very popular for use in open reel tape decks as well as turntables
until electronic (solid state) speed control came about.
They are also very quiet and vibration free.
The motor is 73mm (2-7/8") in diameter, with a 2.78" (70.56mm) square base.
60mm between outer mounting hole centers.
.838" (21.28mm) between threaded inner mounting hole centers.
It stands 2.9" (73.7mm) tall with shaft.
Three wire leads (green-red-yellow).
6mm dia. x 15mm long output shaft.
