American Made PRO TOUCH OFF GAGE
The PRO TOUCH OFF GAGE will allow you to set your tool length offsets quickly and accurately. To use this gage, just lower the tool down on the contact face of the gage until the indicator reads 0.000 . At that point, you can be confident that the tip of your tool is exactly 4.000 from the surface the gage is sitting on.
* Large 1 diameter contact face allows all flutes of the tool to make contact for the most accurate measurement.
* Large 2.2 easy to read indicator face.
* Body and contact face made from red anodized 6061-T6 aluminum
* Gage repeatability 0.0002
* Contact face is spring loaded to protect against overrun. Some electronic offset gages do not have this feature and it is easy to accidentally crash the tool in to gage.
* Easy calibration using 1-2-3 blocks configured as shown in the last picture.
