Like your Grandparents & Great Grandparents had!
For Egg Production - Can't be beat! Large white/tint Eggs
For Reproduction - They insist on chicks, will fight anything to protect!
For Meat - Large Bird (like Rhode Island Red)
Economical - If free ranged....don't need to feed them!
Warning...if Free Ranged..you'll have soooo many chicks & chickens
you won't know what to do with them. My free range ones have
had 4 hatchings this year!!!! They fight off snakes,
geese, dogs, fox..you name it...
I DO NOT believe in, nor do I SUPPORT
any one that "FIGHTS" these birds.
That however does not stop anyone of course.
So many people keep asking for them, because they remember
them from childhood. So I decided, why should I keep the ones
that have loving memories, and would really appreciate
these wonderful chickens, from having them.
For people in the country especially, these are a Blessing!
You Don't hardly need to feed except in Winter...
You don't have to incubate to have huge increases in your flock...
to Provide Plenty of Eggs and Meat!
