"New" items are returnable only if defective or damaged. We must be notified within "72 hours" of delivery of any problems and/or your intention to return a "New" item, and only after exercising manufacturers warranty. Upon receipt of your item please inspect it immediately and should a flaw or discrepancy be noted please contact us via email or telephone at (***)-382-0777.
Occasionally, something may go wrong and we will work diligently to provide you with a satisfactory solution.
However, if we are not notified within 72 hours of delivery that there is a problem, you waive all rights to make a complaint or return an item.
