This memory module was purchased in order to upgrade the firmware in an S7-300 314-1AE04-0AB0 (314 CPU) from version 1.0 to 1.2.1. The firmware upgrade worked as described, so we are now selling the card. NOTE - This memory card DOES still have the firmware upgrade on it.
