New port 561-gon goniometer & sm-13 micrometer
The Newport 561-GON mounts onto the ULTRAlign 561 series of stages to give a goniometric or rotating movement. With its theta-Z movement, the 561-GON can move an optical element through a rotational axis, with its center of movement located 15.9mm above the top of the stage. Made of Stainless Steel and part of the ULTRAlign series of mounts, this stage utilizes the included Newport SM-13 micrometer actuator to move the spring-loaded dovetail stage. The vernier scale on the side allows angular readout of +/- 10 degrees and the SM-13 micrometer allows roation through the range.
