Di-Acro Finger Brakes lend speed and precision to the formng of boxes, chassis and related shapes in sheet metal.
Di-Acro Finger Brakes are adjustable to enable precision bending by compensating for material thickness and hardness. Box finger segments enable the operator to form boxed from .75" up to the full width capacity of the maching in increments as small as .25".
Finger Brakes are availble in forming widths of 24" and 36".

A multitude of forming and duplicating operations can be preformed with a leaf type diacro brake in both production and experimantal fields.
Model 12 and 24 diacro box finger brakes are of identical construction and feature undercut fingers and one inch clearance throught top opening. Because of these features they are particularly useful where boxes,chassis and panels with up to 1/2 inch lip or flange across top or bottom are to be formed. box finger segments used individually or in combination allow forming boxes from 3/4 inch to maxium width in any 1/4 increment.
