The Cecilware Induction Cooker combines high efficiency cooking with instantaneous heat adjustment. Induction cookers only heat the pan so almost all the electrical energy is used to cook. This portable cooker is ideal for front of the house work stations such as omelet or stir fry stations on buffets.
