This is a TNMG 432-GR insert in grade NC3015. It's a CVD coated insert that is good for medium speed cutting of cast iron and ductile cast iron. The GR chip breaker is a negative chip breaker used in Stainless Steel and Mild Steel applications as well as in medium roughing of Steel.
