VoyagerBT combines the freedom of Bluetooth wireless technology with many of the outstanding features found in all Voyager series scanners. In addition to automatic infrared activation for bar code detection, VoyagerBT comes equipped with patented RangeGate technology which allows the device to scan hundreds of bar codes when out of range of a host system.

If you wish to return an order for a non-defective item, it must still be within the Standard 30 Day Warranty period. If the item has not been opened from the manufacture s packaging you will be eligible for a similar product exchange or refund. If the item has been taken out of the manufacture s packaging you will be eligible for a refund, but will be charged a 10%-20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Most products we sell are also backed by the manufacture for a period generally ranging from 90 Days to 1 Year. For exact details about the coverage you will need to visit the manufacturer s site. DNI Electronics will not be held responsible if the manufacture refuses to accept your claim.
Along with our Standard 30 Day Warranty, we offer an optional Extended Warranty for up to 3 years of additional coverage.
We offer two different options with our Extended Warranties: a 1 Year plan and a 3 Year Plan. You can purchase an Extended Warranty any time within 30 days of your order. If we are unable to repair your product we will either send you a replacement, similar product exchange, or a full refund of your purchase price.
