Up for sale TA Instrument DSC Q10 (Differential Scanning Calorimetry). Unit is in very good condition and shows little evidence of use. It came out of a Surfect Technologies wafer manufacturing plant in Tempe, Arizona that was operational for only two years and went through bankcrupcy. What you get out of this sale is what you see in the pictures. No software or PC, just the unit itself with gas regulators as seen in pictures. Unit starts and Ready Green light comes on. Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is used to determine specific heat, thermal effect, purity, polymorphism, glass transition, oxidative stability, chemical reactions, reaction kinetics, melting behavior, and crystallization. Measurement of endothermic and exothermic processes as a function of temperature or time (temp range RT-750 C)
This TA Instrument DSCQ10 can be used for the following tests:
