I let them burn in for a day and then sat back and listened. These are a very laid back set of tubes on my system (Yaqin amp - 2x 12AX7 preamp, 4x 6SN7 & 4x KT-88). The Mullard 12AX7 long plates were a little too smooth in combination with these, but the livelier Sylvania 5751's matched them well. Very smooth mids and highs, which is perfect to tame a harsh amp or listen to some of the bright modern remixes being released now days. The base is clear and tight, but could be a little stronger on my system, compared to the Sylvania Bad Boys or the RCA VT231 gray glass. However, these are definitely the smoothest set of 6SN7 substitutes I've used. I'm doing a bit more listening with a set of Brimar 12AX7s and Janis Ian's Breaking Sound....lovely sounding vocals!
The seller provided a tracking number that let me see where the tubes were (once you translated the Russian!). Postage was relatively quick given where it was coming from and going too (about 2 weeks), with half of the time taken up getting through the Russian postal system and out of the country.
