NUVU Single Door Proofer (Model: AMP-12)
Proofers were used in the restauant for about one year. They are in good working condion.
* Comes with removable ramp for easy loading
NU-VU's AMP-12 roll-in rack proofer features heavy-duty stainless steel construction, with solid doors. These units also feature the auto-mist humdity system.
* COntrol panel accessible through front and top of unit
* Heating elements accessible inside of cabinet and through top
* Indicator light for themostat
* Seperate heat and humidity controls
All four inches on each side and back of unit for ventilation of oven
