Here we have 12 NEW M42 High speed cobalt Steel extra length drills.
Decimal for a #21 drill is .159" Just a touch over 5/32" which is .156"

They are often called double margin step drills
They are 6" long, and have 3" of flute length.
The tip is just a little bit smaller than the rest of the drill, it measures .129" it is like having a built in pilot.
This is not an actual photo but it is pretty much 100% identical to the ones in the photo. I have had a few of them in the past that were pretty much all the same so I have used this same photo for each one.
