The IR-2000 is a hand-held image reader. It has both an integrated optical system and a decoder board. In the factory default setting, the IR-2000 uses an RS-232 serial port for the communication interface. This enables the IR-2000 to be compatible for use with personal computers, as well as many portable data collection devices. Packaged in lightweight, weather sealed housing. Compact design.
