This tig welding filler rod is 1/16" diameter by 18" long. Yes, we have cut this from 36" long to 18" long, the first thing most tig welders will do when they have a 36" long piece. If you are trying to make a precise tig weld, and the end of the rod is moving around, it is very hard to control, so we have cut this to 18".
