Item is in good physical condition. There are minor scratches and discoloration around the screws. Power cord is present. Unknown if tip is present (not sure what complete tip looks like...see picture) however there is a plastic locking screw that can be removed.
Unit has been plugged in powered up and the tip spun. Not sure if there is another attachment to the end that's missing.
