Cnc/milling vice work stop, rapid adjust t-slot clamp.
A strong solid aircraft grade aluminium vice work stop for milling CNC and conventional. It can be quickly bolted to the t-slot table with a twist of an allen key, and quickly adjusted to almost any position to form a solid stop to push your work pieces against.
The Vice stop ensures accurate and repeatable positioning of metal blocks and parts having several operations, when producing parts in batches and where you don't want to keep setting the datum every time you put a new block into the machine.
After the Vice stop unit is positioned and tightened your first work piece can be zeroed to set the datum. Then when the operation is finished, you simply undo the vice, place the next block up against the stop do the vice up and the zero datum is maintained so just press cycle start again and off you go. With this stop you can change over blocks in under 10 seconds operation to operation. That time saving adds up as the batches become larger.
The T-nut dimensions are to fit 14mm or 5/8" T-slots.
