Do you own a Smith & Wesson revolver with a 4 inch barrel? Are you a left-handed shooter? Then this is the holster for you! This was the holster I used when I first became a police officer. I carried my 686 in it! Needless to say, that was years ago and I don't need it anymore. It is left hand, basket weave and has only a thumb break (level 1) retention.
