Awesome hunting accomodations! This trailer has been completely set up for the hunting enthusiast. The dimensions are pictured above. This unit can be towed by any full size SUV or pick- up truck. I use my 2002 Yukon and it tows like a dream. It has a Dexter axle with fully functioning electric trailer brakes and it approximately 4000 lbs. It is supplied with (4) 14.5 x 7" mobile home wheels and tires, (2) for transport and (2) spares just in case. It has full legal brake and parking lighting that are DOT compliant. It has a 2 5/16" trailer coupler with new over-sized safety chains with DOT compliant spring latch safety hooks. Slow moving emblem attached in case you are concerned about towing speed.
The trailer is divided into two seperate compartments for privacy and just in case your hunting pals are loud snorers. Each compartment has a 4' x 3' closet with shelf, hooks and clothes bar. Each closet has an individual key locking door handle. Each outside door has a locking handle as well. The outside walls and interior walls are fully insulated, including between compartments in case you want only to occupy one end. There are two remote controlled A/C units with individual remotes, one at each end. The heat is base board heating with seperate thermostat controls for each divided side. The interior lighting is new with CFL flourescent lamps and they are switched seperately on each side. Each sliding window has it's own new mini blind. There are at least 4 15 amp duplex receptacles on each side for what ever you may need.
There is a one hundred amp electric panel recessed wall mounted inside that can be hard wired to a power source or plugged into a small generator with any RV extension cord to supply power. If that sounds complicated you can use battery operated lanterns and portable propane heaters for heat like we did the first season. It doesn't take much to get it warm inside because of the insulation inside. It comes complete with wall to wall carpeting and moisture resistant padding that one year old. The bunk beds shown in the drawing are shown for reference only and are not included however, one set of metal trailer stairs are included.
