Ortec EG&G 729A Liquid Nitrogen Level Monitor NIM Module
For sale- an Ortec 729A Liquid Nitrogen Level Monitor NIM Module. Powers up as you can see, but is otherwise untested and no warranty is offered. Good physical condition with nothing obviously broken. Unlike most of the NIM modules I am offering the model info pretty much sums it up, but I don t have a clue how you would use it. No cables, no manual, nothing included other than the module you see in the pictures. When powered up the HV ENABLE LED comes on as does the ALARM HV DISABLED LED, and an alarm buzzer starts sounding which could pretty much wake the dead.
As you can see on the back, the BIN connector says EG&G Ortec on it. Most of the Ortec modules I have only say Ortec, but I can t say whether that makes it newer or older, more or less desirable. I have a large assortment of NIM modules and NIM BIN rack/power supplies that are already either listed or soon to be listed.
