Intended primarily for surface mounting these parts can be modified for thru hole applications by carefully removing the mounting clip and gently straightening out the leads.
By using the the PIN diodes and/or the 2N5109 transistors that we also have stock a harmonic multiplier can be built to provide useful stable higher frequencies.
