The unit passes all internal diagnostics (see photos).
We compared the voltage readout with one of our HP 3457A digital voltmeters, which is under clibration control by a third party, SIMCO. The voltage reading in one of the photos of 9.49750 VDC (after assuring zero in another photo) was within +0.00015VDC. This meter is ready to go.
