THIS IS A NEW BANG FOR THE BUCK ITEM.
This is a brand new CNC Digitizing probe for replicating items on your CNC machine. Mach 3 has a built in wizzard routine that will make g-code with this probe. The procedure is simple; Fix the probe to your spindle (Spindle stays Off for this Probing routine). attach the two wires from the probe to your breakout board of your system or to the input connections on your driver board. Black wire goes to pin 18 ground and the red wire can go to whatever pin you set up in the wizzard for input (select from pins 10, 11, 12, 13, or 15) Fasten the "rubber duckie" that you want to duplicate on to your table and set the wizzard to probe the item "rubber duckie" It will probe in a pattern, moving back and forth in a rectangular pattern, and probing the depth all over the part, and creating a g-code to duplicate your part. This is the finest and easiest way to make g-code to duplicate/replicate items. Other probes sell for up to $400.
This probe measures 2" in diameter
The overall length is 5" from tip of shank to tip of probe
Shank is 3/4" to 1" X 1/4" dia.
No software other than mach3 CNC software is needed for this item.
