I have no information as to the age of this unit. To a novice, the unit lights up when turned on, and the case looks near-new. According to the manual, the meter is an autoranging professional measuring instrument with 3 3/4 digit LCD capable of performing the following functions:
DC voltage measurement, AC voltage measurement, DC current measurement, AC current measurement, resistance measurement, capacitance measurement, frequency measurement, diode test, transistor test, and audible continuity test. Included are the items in the picture, the meter, two wires, and the small manual.
