Edwards vacuum clearance centre is a new venture from Edwards, a world leader in vacuum technology. The products stocked in the vacuum clearance centre are offered direct from Edwards and represent excess stock, obsolete stock or returned products at large discounts to our published list prices. All products are either new and un-used or fully remanufactured at one of Edwards' network of service centres. Some exterior packaging may be faded or dusty but otherwise all products are of merchantable quality unless otherwise stated.
* Unless expressly stated, we do not accept returns. In the event that the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply, you may cancel the contract at any time within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the item. To cancel the contract, you must inform us in writing and you must also return the product to us immediately at your own risk and in the same condition in which you received it. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product including the delivery cost of sending the item to you within 30 days of the day you give notice of your cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

* Items listed as refurbished are used items which have been stripped, de-contaminated where necessary, re-built using genuine Edwards parts and retested to factory derived test specifications
* This product comes with a limited 14 day warranty. In the event that the product fails to function according to the product literature within 14 days after delivery we will, at our option, repair or exchange the product or refund the price paid. This is the full extent of our liability.
* These goods must not be put to any use, or be exported/re-exported to any destination, end-user or for any end-use that is prohibited by the export control regulations of the United States, the European Union or any other applicable laws unless specifically authorized by the relevant government agency or agencies.
