Goods are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class if you wish to upgrade to 1st class post, please email me for revised costs.
Please note that I always obtain proof of posting when sending goods and in doing so I am completing my part of the contract. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive, if you contact me I am more than happy to provide you with the necessary proof of posting should you wish to file a claim with the Post Office.
I am always happy to combine postage on multiple items that are purchased at the same time please email me.
If you are not satisfied with you BIN purchase, the item must be returned in its original condition within 10 days of the sold date. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me therefore I recommend that you use a delivery service that has a tracking facility and insures the value of the goods.
Refunds issued will not include the return postage cost and will be minus a 10% administration and restocking fee.
