VCTCXO (Voltage ControlledTemperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator)
A type of oscillator that adjusts its frequency for temperature variations and commonly has an outside tuning adjustment for periodic frequency calibration. With output frequency change caused by a voltage change at a control pin of the oscillator.This is to compensate for deviation of the crystal over time.
Applications: It can be used for clock source and frequency source in communications equipment and test instrument.
