TS912 dual op-amp cmos rrio 200UA is per amp SOIC8 1PA
This is a very usefull little Dual Op-Amp with rail to rail input and output. It will work of single or dual supplies, from 2.7 to 16V. It has a typical input bias current of 1pA, and a maximum input offset peak voltage of 2mV. Each amplifier draws 200uA supply current. It is latch-up immune and comes in a standard pinout format in an SOIC 8 package, from ST Microelectronics.
The chip comes in a SOIC 8 package.
This is a CMOS device, therefore it is static-sensitive.
