DECO JEWELRY STAMP PUNCH PRESS STRIKING DIE SET TOOL
This listing is for 1 die set (4 pieces) in good general condition with minimal to no signs of use and wear, as seen. Includes cutout plate, cutting head, embossing relief plate and raised ebossing head. This die set is to be used with a punch press machine for manufacturing this design in metal. First, the cutting head and cutout plate are used to punch metal material into the overall shape of the piece. Then the embossing head and embossing plate is used to stamp or emboss a detailed design into both sides of the metal piece.
This die set features a rectangular "Art Deco" design, as pictured, measuring approx 1-5/32" x 9/32". This can be used with stainless steel, silver or gold to make jewelry such as earrings or pendants. It can also be used with other soft metals for craft applications like trim or decoration for almost any product. This may be able to be used to stamp leather, though this has not been confirmed and its main application is metal.
The tooling of embossing head measures 1-13/32" x 19/32" x 7/8" overall. The embossing relief plate measures 1-9/16" tapered to 1-23/32" overall diameter and is 15/16" height with two 1/4" mounting holes 1-1/32" apart on center on the bottom with markings "*ESCO SPECIAL E" (the first letter is illegible, looks like an O or J). The cutting head head has a 1-5/32" x 9/32" face and measures 1-1/4" x 11/16" x 1-3/16" with a 9/16" x 1-1/4" shank. The cutout plate has a 1-5/32" x 9/32" cutout measuring 2-1/4" x 1-19/32" x 15/32" tapered to 2-1/4" x 1-21/32" x 15/32" overall.
