-The HYDRA 96 microdispensen from Robbins Scientific Corperation is a bench-top instrument providing high-speed, repetitive dispensing of microliter and nanoliter volumes into syringes held in a 96 (or 384) microplates at a time.
The Hydra microdispenser features 96 (or 384) syringes held in a fixed array. The array forms a horizontal X-Y grid that aligns each needle in the exact center of a well in a microplate. A presicion motor assembly moves the plugers within the syringes up and down under microprocessor control, dispensing or aspirating liquids to or from microplates and other receptacles.
The Hydra microdispenser has a motorized platform that allows you to position microplates and other labware under the syringe array to dispense or aspirate the liquids.
You program the Hydra microdispenser to handle basic dispensing tasks, including fill, aspirate, dispense, wash and empty. Syringe needle available in both Teflon-Coated stainless steel and Duraflex. (DuraFlex needles are made of a titaninum alloy: they are available for standard Hydra-96 100ul, 290ul 580ul and 1ml models and for Hydra-384 models.)
This item is 96 Syriges microdispenser, rarely used, very clean.
Power on, all controls "fill", "empty "wash" up and down works excellent.
