Ultralight engine manufacturing business for sale

CAGE Global Solutions LLC is proud to announce it's newest business brokerage listing.
MAKE AN OFFER. The seller is motivated and needs to move on to another business venture. He previously had the company for sale by owner at over $100,000 and will now take CONSIDERABLY less to move it ASAP.
The engine is from the old assets of the Motavia Engine Company. Invented by engineers at Klaymor LTD. in England, with four years of development and five years of manufacturing. We are now liquidating the complete Motavia Ultra-Tec asset.
Two complete engines, molds, tooling, technical, parts, etc., required to produce this engine are included in the business package.
Presently there are enough parts to produce over 40 engines. The engines and computerized dash sold for $10,000 each. Over a five year period 300 engines were produced by Klaymor LTD. and sold all over the world. There is currently demand for parts.
Parts inventory into complete engines could yield over $400,000.
You could expect to spend well over $1,000,000 in developing an engine like this.
Some of the parts included in package:
(2) complete fuel injected engines
(5) pallets of casting molds
(160) machined cylinder sleeves
(46) machine crankcase castings
(112) stainless steel mufflers
(4) engine electronic analyzers
bookcase of technical manuals
Much, much more, there are pallets full of new parts not yet opened.
This motor was first designed to present an alternate to the 582 Rotax, and therefore can be installed where the Rotax was, using the same mounting bolt pattern, and not even needing to change the propeller. Interesting is that while the housing is Motavia's, the lower motor parts originate from a Yamaha TDM 850, and the upper part from a Ford Zetec. For the user, this brings maintenance easiness, not speaking about replacement part's costs.
The Ultra-Tec is a twin cylinder 849 cc modern motor, 4 stroke, electronic injection with altitude compensation, DOHC, dual digital ignition, 4 valve per cylinder, that develops 60 kW (80 HP) at 6,500 rpm, with a 80 Nm torque at 5,500 rpm. The DOHC arrangement makes it taller than a usual motor. This was of course taken care of by the manufacturer who offers 3 different gear boxes allowing to keep the same space between propeller and ground as with a 582.
Gear boxes allow 8 gear ratios from 1:2.62 to 1:3.55. A specific attention was given to vibrations: pistons and rods have been balanced to within 0.5 gm, and the counterweight crankshaft to within 25 gm/m.
Everything is currently in storage but can be viewed with notice. This engine line could also be adapted to ATV's, Snowmobiles, ORV's, Boats, Go-carts, Hybrid Automobiles, Etc.
