McCrosky Face Mill. R-8. 6 Flute, 2-1/2" Cut Dia. Plus Inserts.
Used in very good condition. R-8 shank is intergral with cutter body. Uses common SP 42 series inserts. Insert pockets are excellent. Inserts are held at a positive cutting/shear angle. R-8 taper shows a few spots where someone chucked a chip. Nothing major.
Inserts are 10 ANC SPG 423A, AN6 Grade. 20 Valenite SPG 422, VC29 grade.
