POWER OFF TESTING FOR ELECTRONICS
Applies a current limited AC voltage to a component or circuit and outputs a voltage vs. current
"characteristic curve" to an Oscilloscope (in XY Mode)
Voltage-Horizontal / Current-Vertical
Useful to determine the health of components quickly and determine faults in circuit or out
without applying main power. Safe, easy.
Compare mode alternates between circuits to locate potential problems (like the Tracker 2000)
On board Microcontroller controls the Alt-Rate between Test-1 and Test-2 probes, plus Hold function.
Alt-Rate selectable via push buttons from 1 to 9. Slow to fast. 7 segment LED Display shows ALT-Rate
Use "Hold" button to examine how a component or circuit "reacts" over an extended time period with either probe.
Or use to test or analyze components. Able to detect subtle problems otherwise difficult to see
- Seperate High / Low Voltage and Current selector switches. See specs.
Capacitors, Diodes, Transistors, Transformers, Inductors, Resistors
Circuit Board Traces, or almost any type of IC for signs of weakness, damage, or full failure

- Oscilloscope w/ X-Y inputs and 10mV/Div on both channels for low range is required. 20mV/Div for high range
Please note there is no plastic "box" included. You will receive a quality Circuit Board with padding on the bottom for protection.
Can be custom mounted any way you like.
