I DONT KNOW IF THE PLUG COMES WITH IT
OTHERS THAT SAY NEW AND THEIR BOX IS OPENED
SO WITH THAT SAID DONT EXPECT ONE
WHAT I DO KNOW IS THIS IS NEW IN THE UNOPENED BOX
AT A VERY LOW PRICE FOR THESE BREAKERS
I HAVE BEEN IN THE ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY FOR 28 YEARS
AND HAVE NEVER INSTALLED A NEW BREAKER THAT WAS BAD
ALL HIGH DOLLAR BREAKERS HAVE BEEN TESTED AT THE FACTORY
JUST TRYING TO WEED OUT THE TROUBLE MAKERS
