The flat bottom support plate keeps stand from riding up on the cylinder and the lower support bar prevents cylinder shift. The adjustable 2.5x137.1cm (1x54") nylon strap keeps 177 254mm (7 10") cylinders safely and securely in place.
Finished in glossy black vinyl to improve cylinder holding capability and prevent marring of the cylinder s surface finish.
