Condition ............. New. The tip of the drill is .456" which is just a hair over 29/64" which is .453" and it drills for a depth of about 11/16" then it steps up to 5/8 with approx. a 120 degree included angle step, very similar to a countersink cutter.
The close up photo is not an actual photo but the other one is an actual photo. I have had a few of them in the past that were pretty much all the same so I have used this same photo for each one.
